This Compact vacuum tube solar water heater is mainly for family use ,different tank volume is offered for your choice .

1.The details of material

Outer tank : AL-Zn coated steel sheet ( 0.4mm ) ;

Inner tank:  SUS 304-2B Stainless Steel sheet (0.50mm)  

Insulation: Polyurethane foam (55mm)

Vacuum tube : Borosilicate glass 3.3 ;

Absorption coating :AL-N-AL/ Cu-AL-Stainless steel

Stand: Aluminum alloy/ Galvanized sheet 

2.Product description

The advantage of this type is: it can bear 0.6Mpa pressure, so u can enjoy nice shower, also u can connect this type to your electrical boiler or gas heater directly.

Explanation for the system.:

1. Vacuum tubes heat water and storage the hot water in the tank. But we don't use water from tank directly. The tank is just works as a warmer for the copper coil.

2.You can connect your tap water with the cold water inlet of the copper coil. And outlet is pressurized hot water. The pressure is same as your tap water.

3.You should close the drain openings, if there is dirty or scale inside the tank for a long time, you should open the drainage and clean the tanks.

4. Please also make sure the vent open, otherwise it will damage tank sometimes later.
