Sunshore 18-vacuum-tube non-pressure solar water heater for 3-4 persons

The details of material:

Outer tank: Al-Zn coated steel sheet, 0.4mm 

Inner tank: SUS 304-2B stainless steel sheet,  0.5mm

Insulation: polyurethane foam, 55mm 

Vacuum tube: borosilicate glass 3.3

Absorption coating: Cu-Stainless steel-Al 3 layers 

Stand: aluminum alloy/galvanized sheet

It is a common type of our products. 

Non pressure means the tank can't bear pressure directly from tap water which normally is 0.6Mpa, so we   make vents  to release pressure through the vents. 

Tap water pressure is released from the vents, then water pressure when you take a shower comes from gravity from top roof to your shower tap. 

Thus the most important thing of this type is to make sure vents are always open to air, otherwise the tank will be damaged because of high pressure from tap water.
